Privacy and self-contained facilities are assured for those who stay in our custom-designed 43-square house in a lovely one-acre garden only a short walk through reserves and boardwalk to shops and Mt. Martha beaches. We offer three self-contained suites, all of which have two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge dining, separate entrance and outdoor decking. Two suites also have kitchens and the third, a kitchenette. All suites have access to a laundry. The suites can become one large area (25 squares) by opening double dividing doors, to accommodate up to 14 guests. We also offer full English breakfast of your choice, lunch and dinner (2 courses), facilities for guests with a disability, a big welcome to children; a baby-sitting service (owner is a registered nurse).
