Win's Creek Meadery produces small batches of some of Australia's finest mead (honey wine). Each batch is slightly different depending on the type of honey and location where the bees collected it. You can see bees at work though the viewing windows of an indoor cathedral hive. Browse the gift shop for local hand made ceramics, quilts, stained glass, beeswax candles and honey.
