Suitable for all levels of fishing and fitness, kayaking through the pristine rainforests of the Byron Bay Hinterland is simply magical.

Glide through the cool waters of the rainforest in your kayak following your private fishing guide as he leads the way. Fish for bass whilst observing the abundant wildlife such as platypus, king parrots, kingfishers and kookaburras.

As an optional extra, complete the adventure with a gourmet brunch the nearby Three Paddocks Farm where you will be served locally sourced food and beverage from the area. A truly unique experience!

This was a wonderful experience, we went out on beautiful waters in the Hinterland, as we had our two kids with us we decided to go out in double kayaks. The boys loved it and got to enjoy fishing and paddling. Ange was just fantastic and looked after us so well, and our guide Bill was excellent - really good guide who was great with our kids, and talking us through each stage of the trip. We loved the experience and would do it again, my partner could have stayed fishing on the water for hours more!

Started with a beautiful early morning drive through the hinterland of the Byron Shire, making our way through Bangalow with a stop at the bakery, followed by Clunes, then arriving at beautiful Rosebank village. We were met by our guide, Cody. Who drove us down to the launch spot. Waiting was the kayaks set up with fishing rods in each, and a cup of hot coffee. While drinking our coffee we were given the rundown on what we were going to be doing. They then gave us some water and little waterproof pack with some delicious snacks to take in the kayak. We took off and it was so peaceful heading down the river system keeping our eyes peeled for any platypus. Once we got further, we could cast and start fishing. Cody our guide was super helpful showing us the ropes of how to cast and where the best places are to cast. He explained all about the fish habits and what kind of species are around these river systems. It felt like the 3 hours went so quick, the next thing we know we are back at the launching spot. Would highly recommend this experience for the whole family! Thank you to go fish for the professional and friendly service!

We went on a the River Kayak Fishing Tour with Go Fish and it was even better than we expected! The team were professional, friendly and delivered a very unique experience for us. Would highly recommend the experience. Well worth the early morning trip!

We had SUCH a brilliant day on the river with Go Fish! The staff, snacks & setting were all top notch. It was incredibly peaceful out on the river and we got to see a platypus up close which is so rare! Really awesome way to see the Byron hinterland.
